We may provide general guidance, but the customer remains responsible for the application and its outcome.
10. Cancellations and Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer and your contract is a distance contract or off-premises contract, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where those rights apply, you may generally have 14 days to cancel, subject to legal exceptions and any services already performed at your request.
If you ask us to begin services during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services already provided up to the point of cancellation where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
