Does the Home Pro Tethered work with smart energy tariffs?+
Yes. Ohme can schedule charging around compatible smart tariffs to help you charge in the cheapest available periods.
Is a charging cable included?+
The Seven Pro is an untethered charger, so it uses a separate Type 2 cable. We will confirm the right cable set-up for your vehicle during your survey.
What does standard installation include?+
It includes professional fitting, up to 10 metres of clipped cable, a dedicated EV circuit, protection, testing, certification and DNO notification where needed.
How long does installation take?+
Most standard home installations are completed in a single visit. We will give you a clear plan and fixed price after checking your property.
Does the Home Pro Tethered have a warranty?+
The charger has a three-year manufacturer warranty, plus Green Plug's seven-year workmanship warranty on the installation.
